Event Description:
DREAM stands for Diversifying Representation and Enriching Aspiring Minds. It's a healthcare career exposure event where middle school students meet with surgeons, pediatricians, pharmacists, dentists, and nurses, etc as well as college students pursuing those careers. Participants engage in workshops, panel discussions, exhibitor hall and other fun activities. This is a free event, and free transportation is provided from Chester, Philadelphia and Camden. Breakfast and lunch are provided. This is our 3rd year of organizing the event, and offers Lincoln University a wonderful opportunity to showcase its campus to potential students and their parents. I'm hoping to partner with Admissions as well as the Health Sciences Department for the event.
